The process of working towards positive change can be overwhelming and difficult. Our counseling goal is always to create a non-judgmental safe space to share your feelings and provide you with coping skills. Our wellness goals are to build on that foundation to provide relaxation time and lasting benefits to the physical self. We will find solutions that ultimately provide hope and help you feel better.  

Through a strength based, trauma trained, and person centered multi-disciplinary approach, we will work together to help you process your feelings, ease anxiety, release stress, and decrease depression. Removing these barriers will help you reconnect with the people in your life, including family, friends, significant others, children, and most importantly yourself.
