As a licensed therapist and clinical social worker I’m dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and transitions. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, divorce, medical issues (their own or a loved one’s), and major life changes. I also have advanced training in helping women navigate key reproductive and hormonal stages — including pregnancy, infertility, parenthood, and menopause.
Whether you’re adjusting to a new phase of life, experiencing intense emotions, or feeling overwhelmed by the unexpected, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and support. My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive and welcoming to all, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, deepen self-awareness, and foster growth and lasting change.
